Green crabs as bar food

One of the best ways I enjoy eating green crabs is deep fried.

The process is simple; remove carapace, apron and viscera, split the body down the center leave legs on for holding, dip center of product in your favorite batter and deep fry, when golden brown about 3 minutes, remove from oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Get your favorite cold beverage. Enjoy!
