Carolina Skiff 17DLX
2025 was a big change year for me, replacing the Boston Whaler 130 Sport with 20hp, to a larger 17' Carolina Skiff with 40hp engine.
Why the change?
A number of factors were involved in moving from the 13' Boston Whaler I rebuilt to the Carolina Skiff, none the least of which was the additional 4' in length and open deck to help me maximize the space for gear. I also had the money for the bigger boat and this boat, engine and trailer deal was the right price at the right time.
